Capacity Building
We design and deliver tailored training programs that strengthen the skills, safety, and organization of formal and informal waste workers — the critical but often overlooked backbone of Nigeria’s recycling system.
Our interventions emphasize gender inclusion, with a deliberate focus on empowering women through leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy.

Circular Economy Integration
We work with local governments, private recyclers, and development partners to develop data-driven circular economy systems that improve resource recovery, reduce waste leakage, and formalize value chains.
This includes policy support, material flow analysis, and community-level waste collection network design.
Community Engagement & Environmental Education
Restorearth delivers participatory community programs that build awareness, ownership, and lasting behavioural change around waste management, pollution control (air, soil, and water), and environmental stewardship.
Through structured environmental education initiatives and curriculum development, we design learning frameworks, training modules, and locally relevant resources that equip schools, youth groups, and community stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to drive sustainable practices.
By combining community engagement, workshops, dialogues, youth-led initiatives, and gender-inclusive participation, we foster informed, inclusive community action for a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
Environmental Consulting & Advisory
We provide consulting services to public institutions, corporate organizations, and development agencies on environmental governance, sustainability planning, and impact evaluation. Our advisory work ensures that every policy or project aligns with both environmental standards and local realities.
Research and analysis
Restorearth conducts data-driven research and analysis to inform evidence-based environmental solutions and sustainable waste management strategies. We gather, interpret, and apply reliable data to understand local challenges, identify gaps, and design interventions that are practical, scalable, and impactful.
Our work includes waste characterization studies to assess the composition, sources, and types of waste generated across communities, institutions, and facilities. These insights help determine appropriate collection systems, recycling opportunities, diversion strategies, and
treatment methods.
We also analyse waste generation rates and per-capita waste metrics to quantify how much waste is produced at household and community levels, enabling better planning, resource allocation, and policy development.

By equipping communities with knowledge, skills, and ownership, we enable them to actively shape and sustain environmental solutions.
Digital Integration & Policy Support
Restorearth introduces simple technology tools for data tracking and supports government institutions in registration, policy inclusion, and performance monitoring.
Capacity Building & Knowledge Transfer
We deliver hands-on training, virtual training, mentorship, and organizational support tailored to local demographics and market opportunities.
